“Eating healthy promotes healthy hair”

kinks-n-curls:

Eating the right things can help your hair grow stronger, shinier, and longer. Sometimes what we consume does not only effect just our weight but our skin and hairs also.

Here’s some healthy eats that will benefit well for hair

Green veggies- Green vegetables like spinach, broccoli, chard, and asparagus have a great source of vitamins A and C, which produce sebum. Sebum secreted by your hair follicles preventing both your hair and skin from drying out.

Salmon- Loaded with omega-3 fatty acids, this high-quality protein source filled with vitamin B-12 and iron. Omega-3 fatty acids supports scalp health.

Iron & Zinc-  Low levels of iron and zinc can lead to hair shedding and hair loss. Eating nuts (almonds, cashews, pecans, walnuts), beans (chickpeas, kidney beans), and whole grains contains.
